By downloading, installing or using Tuno, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Tuno.
Who provides Tuno
Tuno is developed and provided by Caner Karakuş under Geido Studio (geidostudio.com).
License
You may use Tuno for free, personally or at work. The source code is available on GitHub under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0: you may study, change and use the code for any noncommercial purpose. Selling Tuno or a version derived from it, publishing it commercially or including it in a paid product is not permitted.
Official builds
Official builds are distributed only from this website and the releases page on GitHub, and are signed and notarized by Apple (Developer ID: 72XQ32HJ4C). We aren’t responsible for copies downloaded elsewhere or built by you or anyone else. You may not present your own builds as official Tuno releases.
Updates
Tuno checks for updates on its own and offers you new versions. We may change, add or remove features. You can turn off automatic checks in Settings › General.
No warranty
Tuno is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Because Tuno changes your sound, display and window settings, we recommend checking your setup before anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Tuno.
Privacy
Tuno doesn’t collect your personal data. What the app and this website handle, and why, is described in the Privacy Policy.
File sharing
You are responsible for the files you share with Tuno or at gettuno.info/upload. Don't share files that are illegal, harmful (such as malware) or infringe anyone's rights, and don't use the email feature to send spam. Files can be up to 5 GB and are deleted after 6 hours. We may limit the service, delete files before they expire or stop the service without notice because of server load or abuse. There's no guarantee your files will be kept; keep your own copy of anything important.
Trademarks
Apple, Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. Tuno is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Apple.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Tuno after a change means you accept the updated terms.
