Short answer

The Mac clipboard holds one item; copying something new replaces it. Tuno keeps your last 50 copies — text, images and files — and opens them with ⌘⇧V so you can paste any of them again.

In macOS

Finder’s Edit › Show Clipboard shows only the current item. Recent macOS versions added a basic history inside Spotlight, but it’s limited and not one shortcut away.

With Tuno

  1. 1

Open Tuno; Clipboard History is on by default.

  2. 2

Copy as usual. Press ⌘⇧V to open the history.

  3. 3

Type to search, then click an item (or press ↩) to paste it.

macOS 15 or later, Mac with Apple silicon.
